I am 36 years old, married for 8 years and have an almost 3 year old, Michael Richard. We also have two cats (Anibel & Mama). I own my own social media management and coaching business that allows me to work from home. I like to read, listen to music, take photos, learn new things, shop, watch TV and spend time with family and friends. I also suffer from Fibromyalgia. I have suffered from this disease for over 15 years now. I started my blog so I could have a place to vent about what I am feeling. It has turned into a place where I post information about this disease, talk about books that I am reading about Fibro, and getting to meet other people who suffer from this.

    Hi Michelle, Fibro sucks! I am 48 years old and have suffered with the pain and other symptoms that go with it since a child. However, my health issues have been disregarded until about 3 years ago when I got really bad and was diagnosed with Fibro and adrenal fatigue. Apparently they go hand-in-hand, but it still not much could be done. I got sick of the aches and pain, fibro fog, constipation, restless legs, headaches, and not sleeping. So I started researching and looking outside the box. I found a “cure”. I am not trying to sell you anything. I am just a woman who has suffered a life-time and want to share how I have eliminate the headaches, the muscle and joint pain, the sleeplessness, the fibro fog, and the constipation/irritable bowels, the depression and anxiety and even improvement my allergies. I learned about vitamins and minerals deficiencies. I was in so much pain thought why not try it. Within days I felt better and after a month amazing. I am weaning off the Cymbalta with no adverse effects! This is my daily regiment: in the morning I take a super Vitamin B complex (for energy and depression), 1000 mg of Vitamin C (for immune system and allergies), and chromium (for hypoglycemic – another problem I have). Before bed I take 1,000 mg of Magnesium Malata (I was taking also 1,000 in the morning but after two months I cut it down) This is to relax the muscle and is the most important mineral. You will have a much restful sleep. I also take adrenal support which are natural herbs (as I said most people with Fibro have adrenal fatique). Then I take Vitamin D (as we need at least 20 minutes of sun a day. Not enough vitamin D will cause pain) and Vitamin A as fibro can also affect eyesight and my eyes got worse when my fibro got worse. All these are all NATURAL purchased at a local nutrition store. I have going on 4 months pain free, no more foggy brain and lots of energy. Try it especially the Magnesium Malate this helps over 300 parts of the body.
