Chapter 26-29 & 31 of “Treating and Beating Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome” by Dr. Rodger Murphree

Part 4: Resources

(Portions of this blog came from Dr. Rodger Murphree’s book. Please speak with your doctor before doing anything.)

I would definitely suggest purchasing this book and reading it cover to cover.

These next chapters are like small encyclopedias (as Dr. Rodger Murphree puts it) regarding the following:

  • Chapter 26 – The A-B-Cs of Vitamins
  • Chapter 27 – Rock Solid Minerals
  • Chapter 28 – Amino Acids: Life’s Building Blocks
  • Chapter 29 – The Real Skinny on Fats and Fatty Acids
  • Chapter 31 – Replenishing Low Sex-Hormone Levels

I skipped Chapter 30 because that goes into Chiropractic and Other Physical Medicine.  That is something we should all know about, so once I read it, I will summarize it.

After that chapter, the book concludes with Part 5: Putting it All Together – Chapter 32: Twenty Steps to Wellness.

Stay tuned! We’re almost there :)

About Michelle Arbore

I am 36 years old, married for 8 years and have an almost 3 year old, Michael Richard. We also have two cats (Anibel & Mama). I own my own social media management and coaching business that allows me to work from home. I like to read, listen to music, take photos, learn new things, shop, watch TV and spend time with family and friends. I also suffer from Fibromyalgia. I have suffered from this disease for over 15 years now. I started my blog so I could have a place to vent about what I am feeling. It has turned into a place where I post information about this disease, talk about books that I am reading about Fibro, and getting to meet other people who suffer from this.
